Do you travel?

While I travel for my Nicole Chapman Design doing Floral Design worldwide, for the convenience of my clients with Amphora I hold the majority of 1-on - sessions virtually. However, some events, such as workshops, brunches and the annual retreat are in-person events.

Do you offer refunds?

All payments are non-refundable, as your spot is reserved specifically for you. If something unforeseen arises, let’s discuss rescheduling or transferring your spot.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Payment plans are available for select services, like mentorships and the Amphora Academy.

Can I extend my stay beyond the retreat dates?

While the retreat itself has set dates, you’re welcome to arrange additional travel plans around the event.

Can mentorship sessions be customized?

How often are mentorship sessions?

Sessions are held weekly over the course of 3 months, typically lasting one hour.

What does the mentorship program include?

The mentorship includes 12 weeks of one-on-one coaching, covering 10 essential topics such as pricing, portfolio review, social media strategy, and more. Sessions are tailored to your specific goals and challenges.

Can I share my downloads with others?

Downloads are for your personal use only. Sharing them outside of your business violates the licensing agreement.

How do I access my downloads?

Once you’ve purchased a downloadable, you’ll be guided on how to access your file.

Current offerings include guides on proposals, pricing, and sourcing. These resources are designed to help you level up your business on your own schedule.
